Rosy Harpe

Rosy earned her B.S. with honors in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and returned to her roots in Chattanooga to continue her scientific ventures. She has worked at Tierra Environmental as a contract Ecologist and Project Manager for two years, and though she has accepted a job as of August 2026 as a Project Liaison in the city planning department with the City of Chattanooga, she will continue to provide project management and consultation assistance for future projects with Tierra Environmental.
